DO  You Really Want A TM?

You have to have a lot of patience.
A TM is like no other breed.
They are very independent, and will only obey a command if they see fit!
They can be very stubborn.
Some say they are a cat in dog's clothing.
To have a well balanced dog they must be well socialised from an early age.
A TM can be very destructive so if left make sure they have their toys to chew and do not leave things in their reach. Some have been known to chew doors and frames very badly.
A TM would love to be a landscape gardener!
A TM will not play for long, if you want a dog to play ball etc with your children then this is not the breed for you.
You can not think it is only a dog and can be trained like any other.
They can not be bribed with titbits(unless you are very lucky).
They are mostly laid back, but can be quite noisy if left on their own outside.
They like affection on their terms. Some are very aloof.
Ours spend most of the day in the garden (when we are in, so we can correct them if they bark), but in the evening they like to be inside. Caspar snoring in the hall after his cuddle and Milo laying upside down!

HEALTH WARNING
This breed is addictive you never stop at one!
